Positive: Excellent, high-quality resort with very good restaurants, all set within magnificent surroundings. Service was attentive and facilities were wide-ranging.
Negative: In our rooms (116 & 118) the double beds were quite small and without side tables.
Summary: A first-class resort to explore the Boynton Canyon or just to relax.

Positive: Enchantment is a beautiful resort set in an amazing location.
Negative: Unfortunately the rooms all seem to be adjoining which has a significant detrimental effect on the soundproofing between rooms. We spent 2 nights being kept awake by noisy neighbours and could even smell their food. No what you’d expect from a luxury hotel at such a high price point. We did complain to management who offered to inconvenience us further by moving rooms but in the end reluctantly made a small concession on the rate. Still way overpriced for such poor soundproofing. Restaurant and spa treatments are also incredibly expensive in my opinion based upon other luxury hotels I have stayed in worldwide.

Positive: The views are fantastic! The location within the Boynton Canyon spectacular. Our balcony viewed the red rocks of the canyon. The stargazing was amazing. Pool area very pretty.
Negative: Balcony chairs need a refresh. No real coffee in the rooms, only strange tasting frothy coffee. Black coffee $7 at the overpriced store. A single cookie $7. The tv didn’t work. The WiFi not available. The line for the store too long. Free coffee in the lobby would be nice or just put regular coffee in the rooms.
Summary: The serenity of this dark sky, red rocks cathedral was so amazing.
